Avocado Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 Large Eggs
1 Sliced Avocado
1/4 cup of Light Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup of Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 teaspoon of Lime Juice
4 slices of Whole Grain Bread
1 Knorr Chipotle Mini Cube
Directions:
- Heat your mayo, mustard, yogurt, lime juice, and Chipotle in a
saucepan over a low heat. - Cook your eggs to your desired preference.
- Layer your eggs and avocado on toast. Drizzle with your sauce.
- Serve and Enjoy!
