Ingredients:
Parsley – 1 2 cup, chopped
Baby spinach – 2 cups
Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Celery stalks – 2, sliced
Arugula leaves – 2 cups
Cucumbers – 2, sliced
Cilantro – 1 4 cup, chopped
Lemon – 1, juiced
Salt and pepper – to taste
Directions:
